First and foremost our focus is on the health and safety of our employees and customers. As we all work through these unprecedented times we wanted to assure you of the steps we are taking to slow the spread of the virus.

What is Arcade doing to slow the spread?

All Arcade employees have been working from home since Mid-March and we are working with our partners to ensure CDC and WHO recommendations for prevention are being followed.

Will this cause a delay with my order?

Our distribution center is fulfilling orders on schedule but there may be a delay in final transportation time.

How do I know my order is being packaged safely?

Our distribution center is following CDC and WHO recommendations as well as routinely sanitizing equipment, restrooms and break rooms, increasing distance between shipping stations and ensuring that sick employees do not come to work.
