Yes, you will receive an email with tracking number once your order has shipped.

Canadian orders less than $60 will cost $8.95, regardless of shipping method.
Canadian orders more than $60 ship free.

If you did not find your tracking number via email and you checked out as a guest, please email with your name and order number and customer service will provide you with a tracking number. If you created an account you can find the tracking number under your profile.

Returns and exchanges

We do accept returns on unused products. Returns must be assigned an RA (return authorization) number. Please email with your return request, please be sure to include your order number as well as your first and last name. Once you receive your RA number via email you may ship your return back to us. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice, we recommend shipping your return with a trackable service. At this time you are responsible for return shipping.

To ensure that you receive the item you want we recommend placing a new order and initiating a return for the item you’d like to exchange. Your new order will ship and once we receive your return we will refund your card for the return.

Yes, if the belt was originally purchased from you will be issued store credit for the product amount. Shipping will not be included in your store credit amount.

2-5 business days depending on when we receive your return. As a reminder, return shipping is your responsibility.

If you purchased the belt from, no. Please follow the steps above for the return process.

We generally assess this case by case and rarely will ask you to send it in. Head over to our warranty page, with some information about the issue and a picture of the defect. Once we have determined that a warranty is needed, we will send out a replacement belt. If we no longer have the style available, you can choose from the line for a belt of equivalent value.

If your Adventure belt is dirty you can just leave it in your pants through the wash and dry cycles, we just recommend that you clip the buckle closed to prevent the belt from coming out of your pants. We do not recommend machine washing the following belts, Capture Belts with wooden inlays, Utility belts, Leather belts, Woven belts, Crossover belts,  and suspenders. If these need a cleaning a damp cloth will work.
